Eurest is hiring for a full-time Kitchen Utility Lead in San Diego. The role supports shift supervisors, maintains service quality, trains staff, and helps manage daily department tasks. The position emphasizes strong customer service and a professional approach with patients and customers.

Responsibilities include ensuring schedules are executed, assisting with staffing, and addressing equipment issues. The role requires willingness to train and a positive team focus, with a 10:00 am–3:30 pm

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen utility or related role preferred.
• Willing to train.
• Must be able to work from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist shift supervisors and department directors in day-to-day duties.
• Maintain high quality of department operations.
• Train and support team members and schedule tasks.
• Ensure schedules are assigned and completed daily.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers.
• Identify equipment issues and report shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
