Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25+ years old due to insurance requirements.
• Previous security leadership experience (Lead Officer, Supervisor) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Security Officers at assigned locations.
• Conduct property visits, post inspections, and officer performance evaluations.
• Identify performance concerns and provide coaching and follow-up.
• Ensure officers understand post orders, responsibilities, and company expectations.
• Provide assistance during security incidents and time-sensitive operations.
• Complete training, inspection, and field activity documentation.
