Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic using decimals and fractions, reading schedules and forms.
• Frequent heavy lifting and handling of molds, shells, and dewaxing flasks.
• Sustained concentration for pouring and related tasks to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pour molds from the melt log according to instructions.
• Load ovens with shells and flasks following procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and prepare pours, sampling melt and tagging.
• Keep work area clean and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with cleanup, maintenance of equipment, and safety compliance.
