Job summary

Power Wellness is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to join Piedmont Wellness Center. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe facility, greeting members, and performing locker room care in a fast-paced health center environment.

Part-time morning availability is required; the position includes lifting up to 25 lbs, handling towels, linens, and supplies, and adhering to safety procedures with EMS communications when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire (provided by Power Wellness).
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to work with members in a positive, service based manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for locker assistance.
• Maintain locker rooms through routine cleaning as prescribed.
• Refill all locker room toiletries and supplies as required.
• Monitor locker room area including sauna, steam room, and whirlpool for customer cleanliness and maintenance issues.
