Job summary

Power Wellness manages Mercy HealthPlex Anderson and seeks an Environmental Services Associate for part-time duties at the facility in Cincinnati. You will help keep locker rooms clean, restock supplies, and ensure a hygienic, welcoming environment for members and staff.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CPR/AED within 90 days, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility with center hours is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire (provided by Power Wellness).
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to work with members in a positive, service based manner.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for locker assistance.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and honesty when entering customer lockers.
• Maintain locker rooms through routine cleaning as prescribed.
• Refill all locker room toiletries and supplies as required.
• Monitor locker room area including sauna, steam room, and whirlpool for customer cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Clean and sanitize the floors and surfaces in all areas of the facility as directed.
• Operate automatic washers and dryers; wash, dry and fold linens.
• Replenish towels throughout the center as needed.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and manage waste.
