Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to pair motor vehicles and drivers in the morning before routes begin. You will dispatch drivers, maintain payroll-related records, and manage driver materials such as gas cards and keys.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years dispatch experience. You will also handle emails, update routes, and support drivers with directions and incident handling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch experience, preferably in transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must record and collect all materials given to drivers (gas cards, fobs, keys, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch all drivers and helpers.
• Maintain and update daily activity sheets and logs.
• Respond to emails within 5 minutes and address route issues promptly.
• Update routes, delivery windows, and addresses as needed.
• Assist drivers with directions and roadside support.
