Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Possesses a valid NY State Driver’s License and a Driver’s record acceptable by agency.
• AMAP Certification required for DSP II.
• At least one year of practical experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person centered support to individuals served.
• Provide direct personal assistance as needed.
• Assist individuals with health and wellness needs.
