Cura Health in Willmar is seeking a dependable AM Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team. The role supports breakfast and lunch service for a 78-bed skilled nursing community and helps residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

You will set up meals, prepare resident trays per diet cards, keep areas clean, communicate with nursing staff, and provide friendly, respectful service. Schedule starts at 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare for breakfast and lunch service.
• Prepare and serve resident meals and trays per diet cards.
• Deliver and collect resident meal trays and assist with snacks.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitize work areas.
• Record required food temperatures and support dining room operations.
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding resident meal needs.
