Job summary

Cura of Willmar is seeking a dependable AM Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team in our 78-bed skilled nursing community. You will help with breakfast and lunch service, keep kitchen and dining areas clean, and ensure residents start their day with a great meal.

This role requires an early start at 6:00 AM, teamwork with nursing staff, adherence to diet cards, food safety, and friendly, respectful service to residents.

Qualifications

• Dependable with early start.

• Able to follow diet information and instructions carefully.
• Willing to wash dishes, clean, and help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare for breakfast and lunch service.
• Prepare and serve resident meals.
• Prepare resident trays according to diet cards.
• Deliver and collect resident meal trays.
• Maintain proper hot and cold food temperatures and food safety.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing counters, equipment and work areas.
• Restocking food and supplies.
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding resident meal needs.
