Crafty, LLC in Fairfield, NJ is hiring a Delivery Associate for the Mon-Fri 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM ET shift. You will complete 5-8 delivery stops daily, safely load/unload box trucks, and deliver to client locations throughout the New York City area.

The role emphasizes customer service, safe driving, and teamwork. You will maintain equipment, perform routine checks on coffee and kegerators, and communicate location needs and safety concerns to the Crafty team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: complete 5–8 stops daily, loading/unloading the delivery truck and delivering to client locations.
• Safe Driving: operate box trucks, driving safely to NYC area clients (valid license required).
• Customer Service: engage with clients and Crafty team onsite, delivering high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: perform routine maintenance on machines and quality checks when required.
• Communication: report location needs and safety concerns, complete pre/post route paperwork.
