Job summary

Crafty is hiring a Delivery Associate in Fairfield, NJ, for a Monday–Friday morning shift (4:30 AM–1:00 PM ET). You will complete 5–8 stops daily, load and unload box trucks, and deliver to client locations with a focus on safety, reliability, and top-tier service.

Based at our New Jersey warehouse, you’ll support the New York City area, perform routine equipment checks, and communicate location needs or safety concerns clearly to the Crafty team. Starting pay is $24.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience is required to perform stops efficiently.
• Safe driving skills for operating a box truck and maintaining safety.
• Customer service focus to engage with clients onsite.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5–8 daily delivery stops and unload/load products.
• Safely operate company box trucks and comply with safety standards.
• Engage with clients and Crafty team for on-site service quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and conduct quality checks when required.
• Communicate location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team.
