This is an urgent hire with an immediate start date.

Duties

1. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas, including hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
2. Ensure all facilities are stocked with necessary supplies, such as paper products and soap.
3. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
4. Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed throughout the shift.
5. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, meetings, or functions as required.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
7. Follow all Sparkle Freshness safety protocols and guidelines.

Skills

1. Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
2. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
6. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of duties.

Qualification

1. At least 18 years of age.
2. Valid driver's license, reliable automobile, safe driving record, and insurance coverage.
3. Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Experience

1. 12+ months of cleaning experience is required. Recent job title listed as cleaner, janitorial, or custodian preferred.
2. Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Proven track record of successful problem-solving and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE

Expected hours: 20 hours per week
