Dan’s Management Co. is hiring for a Crew Member at our Dunkin' locations in Rhode Island.

You will greet guests, prepare coffee and food, handle cards and cash with care, and work in a fast-paced team to consistently deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back. This role emphasizes strong customer service, accuracy in transactions, and meticulous cleanliness while following brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.
