Job summary

Crumbl is seeking a Morning Baker/Crew Member to join the team in our store. You’ll help bake and decorate cookies, greet guests, and set up the shop for a successful day. Morning shifts run roughly 6:00 AM–2:00 PM with Friday and Saturday availability required.

No prior baking experience necessary—we’ll teach you the ropes. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a positive, energetic attitude in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Availability for 6:00 AM start and able to work mornings.
• Friday and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough and prepare rotating weekly cookie flavors.
• Bake, decorate, and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Prepare ingredients, equipment, and workstations for the day.
• Welcome guests and help them explore the week's menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Restock supplies and help keep daily production on schedule.
• Work with teammates to start the day strong.

Crumbl Morning Baker / Crew Member

Love cookies, early mornings, and starting your day with a team that brings great energy? Crumbl is looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our morning baking crew! You'll help prepare the day's cookies, welcome our first guests, and set the store up for a successful day.

This position is focused on morning shifts from approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required.

Pay and Schedule

Earn $17–$20 per hour, including tips, with team members averaging approximately $18 per hour.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Applicants must have dependable, year-round availability and be able to consistently arrive for shifts beginning at 6:0 AM.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to work for a 6:00 AM start. This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
