Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a Morning Baker / Crew Member to join our early shift team in Nashua, NH. You will help prepare the day’s cookies, welcome our first guests, and set the store up for success. The role focuses on morning hours (approximately 6:00 AM–2:00 PM) with required availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

No prior professional baking experience is necessary; we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Earn $17–$20 per hour, including tips, with average earnings around $18/hour.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older and reliable transportation to work for the 6:00 AM start.
• Dependable year-round availability and ability to arrive for 6:00 AM shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough and prepare rotating weekly cookie flavors.
• Bake, decorate, and package cookies with attention to detail.

Crumbl Morning Baker / Crew Member

Love cookies, early mornings, and starting your day with a team that brings great energy? Crumbl is looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our morning baking crew! You'll help prepare the day's cookies, welcome our first guests, and set the store up for a successful day.

This position is focused on morning shifts from approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required.

Pay and Schedule

Earn $17–$20 per hour, including tips, with team members averaging approximately $18 per hour.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Applicants must have dependable, year-round availability and be able to consistently arrive for shifts beginning at 6:00 AM.
