The position supports a retirement community dining program, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and guest service. Weekend availability is required, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional; able to multitask and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply operations, ensure timely prep, proper storage, and inventories.
