Job Summary:

Marian Catholic High School is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Morning Yellow Bus Driver to transport students to school. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, timely, and courteous transportation experience while reflecting the values and mission of our Catholic high school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a yellow school bus along designated routes, picking up students from assigned locations.
• Ensure students board and exit the bus in a safe and orderly manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, school policies, and transportation regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff.
• Report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues to the Transportation Coordinator promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid State Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements—Training Provided
• Prior experience driving a school bus preferred.
• Strong commitment to student safety and well-being.
• Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Clean driving record with no license suspensions or moving violations within the last five years.

Work Hours & Compensation:

• Morning shift: Approximately 5:30 am–7:30 am – extra hours available.
• Salary: $25/hr.
