Actikare Responsive In Home Care of King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties is hiring compassionate caregivers for weekday and weekend shifts in Bothell. Must be willing to work 4-hour shifts and have a licensed and insured driver. Opportunities for other shifts and roles are available.

We provide in-home care for seniors, focusing on well-being and independence. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers, with flexible hours, health/vision/dental insurance, PTO

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington or enrollment in training
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
• Fluent reading/writing in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Compassionate bedside manner
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Physical endurance for tasks

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
