Job summary

Capri Communities LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a caregiver to provide personal care and incidental activities of daily living for RCAC, CBRF and Memory Care residents, following care plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Must be available 7AM-3PM and to work every other weekend and rotating holidays. You will assist with daily living, mobility, meals, and housekeeping, while documenting observations and reporting safety concerns to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred but not required.
• Twelve months of experience as a caregiver or equivalent life experience.
• Completion of CBRF and CNA certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nutrition) and with meals, laundry, and a clean environment.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medical administration and related reporting.
• Perform delegated tasks as instructed by RN, Nurse Manager or supervisors.
• Assist with housekeeping in resident areas and lead or assist with activities.
• Observe and report resident condition and safety hazards promptly.
• Document observations and participation accurately and timely.
• Maintain punctual attendance and professional appearance.
• Protect residents' health information and comply with DHS/HIPAA requirements.
• Attend mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
