Job summary

Capri Communities in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide personal care and incidental activities of daily living to RCAC, CBRF and Memory Care residents, following organizational and regulatory requirements. This role requires first shift hours 7 AM–3 PM with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

You will follow the Resident Care Plan, assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals and safety, document observations, and participate in required training and safety

Qualifications

• Twelve months of experience as a personal aide, caregiver or equivalent life experience.
• Completion of CBRF and CNA certifications (preferred).
• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling; able to work holidays and weekends as required.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the written Resident Care Plan to assist residents with ADLs, meals, laundry and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers and with medical administration as delegated.
• Document observations and activity participation in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain excellent attendance, professionalism and safety standards; participate in mandatory trainings and meetings.
