Capri Communities LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide personal care and daily living activities for residents across RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care facilities. The role requires availability every other weekend and rotating holidays, with duties spanning ADLs, meals, laundry, and safety.

The team emphasizes accuracy in documentation and compliance with DHS and HIPAA requirements. Ideal candidates bring reliable scheduling, patience, and a customer-focused approach to promote residents’ well-being

Qualificações

• Twelve months of experience as a personal aide, Caregiver or equivalent life experience
• Completion of CBRF and CNA certifications (preferred)
• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling; able to work holidays and weekends
• Ability to demonstrate patience, understanding, tolerance and emotional/physical ability
• Knowledge of DHS 83 and 89 regulations; compliance with safety and reporting requirements
• Commitment to resident satisfaction and maintaining high-quality resident relations

Responsabilidades

• Follow the Resident Care Plan to assist residents with ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, nutrition) and support with meals, laundry, and a safe environment
• Assist with transferring residents (1:1)
• Assist with medication administration and related reporting
• Perform delegated tasks as directed by supervisors
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident areas
• Lead or assist with activities for residents as directed
• Observe and report resident conditions and safety hazards to supervisors
• Document observations and participation accurately and timely
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
• Protect residents' health information per HIPAA and laws
• Attend mandatory meetings and in-service trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Formação académica

High School diploma (preferred)

CNA certifications (preferred)
