Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Server for Trailhead Social at Martis Valley Lodge, Tapestry by Hilton in Truckee. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely, accurate service in a fast-paced ski-season environment.

Qualifications

• High School education is required; post-high school education preferred.
• Experience in hotel/restaurant serving role encouraged (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Seat and take accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure meals are delivered correctly and presented well.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Abide by liquor regulations regarding serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
