Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Server at Martis Valley Lodge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Truckee, CA. The role supports morning service during Tahoe peak season, greeting guests, taking orders, serving breakfast, handling payments, and maintaining spotless stations.

The position requires availability mornings, weekends, and holidays with a customer-focused approach and knowledge of menu items.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; post-HS preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work mornings, weekends and holidays (Tahoe Peak Season).
• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and presentation; ensure correct recipients and appealing buffet.
• Checks station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Abide by liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Familiar with menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, present to guests and accept payment.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
