Martis Valley Lodge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton Truckee-Tahoe in Truckee, CA is seeking a Breakfast Server to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure meals are delivered accurately and with care.

The role requires availability for mornings, weekends, and the Tahoe peak season. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, can multitask, and has prior serving experience in a hotel or restaurant setting. A supportive team and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution and presentation for accuracy and appeal.
• Ensure station cleanliness and proper setup before, during, and after shifts.
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Know menu items and service procedures.
• Total checks and process payments.
