Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant in Chester, VA. The role supports the Food and Beverage department, assembling buffet items, stocking the breakfast area, and ensuring guests receive warm, efficient service during the early breakfast hours.

Shift runs from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm; pay is hourly and bi-weekly. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, strong attention to detail, and reliable transportation to work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Customer Service Skills required.
• Prioritization and time management skills required.
• Must have a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized service to all guests.
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards.
• Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentration
• Setting out/arranging cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc.
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.
• Preparing and setting up hot food items
• Restocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage
• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management
