Hilton Lumberton is seeking a Complimentary Breakfast Attendant to support morning service in the Rooms department. You will assist in breakfast setup, help guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 6–12 months of related experience, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a friendly, professional attitude daily.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six to twelve months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Effective communication with customers using tact and diplomacy.

Responsabilités

• Set up and work in the breakfast areas; assist guests and clean as needed.
• Maintain superior communication; present a positive, guest-focused demeanor.
• Multi-task to meet deadlines and changes in the hospitality environment.
• Keep uniforms in good condition and wear a name tag at all times.
