Qualifications

• Availability for early morning shifts (5:30 AM - 3 PM).
• Experience in food service or kitchen preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food accurately and efficiently per Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow all food prep, cooking, holding, and portioning procedures.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Follow temperature control and handling procedures.
• Stock and organize BOH workstations.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely orders.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
