Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is hiring a dedicated Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client in Marysville, WA. The role emphasizes promoting comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life through personalized care plans and family coordination.

Schedule varies (9:00 AM–3:00 PM windows) with compensation of $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience and assignment. Candidates must meet CPR requirements where applicable and pass background checks, with opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred/required as applicable.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary considerations.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability and endurance for caregiving tasks.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

• Assist with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals while following dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks the client cannot complete independently.
• Assist with shopping or accompany clients on errands.
• Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses, and care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond to emergencies or unusual situations appropriately.

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care –is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Marysville, WA. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Schedule: Various Days with hours between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment

Job Summary
