Job summary

ncgCARE is seeking a MORES Therapist to join our Franklin, NC team full-time. You will provide community-based crisis intervention, therapy, and service coordination for youth.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, assessments, referrals, case management, outreach, and collaboration with law enforcement, hospitals, schools, and other providers. Requires a master's degree and licensure or eligibility, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in relevant field.
• Licensed or board-eligible/provisional licensure (LPC/LPA/LMFT/LCSW).
• Valid, unrestricted state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision where applicable.
