Our in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests weekly, using targeted direct mail and digital content. Interested homeowners respond via online links, QR codes, or calls, leading to virtual appointments—no cold calling involved. Many advisors earn over $120k in their first year regardless of experience.
Advisors access a technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who request consultations. The system automates virtual appointments, enabling advisors to connect with 10-15 families weekly. We provide ongoing training and support, with options to start part-time and transition to full-time. Our platform also includes a Direct-to-Consumer site, allowing clients to purchase policies independently, with commissions paid to the referring advisor.
This is a 1099/commission-based role, with an average of about $1,000 per issued application. Full-time advisors typically enroll 5+ clients weekly, with top performers handling 15-20. Compensation includes overrides, bonuses, residuals, and incentives, with opportunities for equity and agency ownership.
