Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience required.
• Dealership experience preferred, especially with MOPAR parts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with parts inventory systems a plus (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to retail and internal service department customers.
• Advising customers and technicians on correct parts selection for various makes and models.
• Maintaining, organizing, and tracking inventory using dealership systems.
• Ordering and receiving parts and supplies efficiently and accurately.
• Facilitating and tracking the sale and delivery of parts.
• Collaborating with the service and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts needs.
