Job summary

Lowe's Mooresville headquarters seeks a results-driven Project Manager for the Merchandising Division to lead a portfolio of initiatives and ensure on-time, within-budget execution. You will coordinate with leaders across product groups to deploy go-to-market strategies and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities include planning ~50 projects and guiding a team of 10–12, managing timelines, risks, and budgets while reporting progress to Merchandising leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
• 4 years relevant business experience
• 3 years leading operational process review and improvements
• 2 years leadership experience with direct report responsibility (5+ people)
• 4 years experience developing WBS / User Stories for schedules and estimates

Responsibilities

• Delivers the planned Merchandising Division project portfolio (~50 projects, ~$60M annually)
• Supports Merchandising Division leadership; aligns with Merchandising VP and go-to-market strategy
• Prioritizes project priorities across cross-functional team (~10-12 members)
• Develops timelines and resource alignment; escalates deviations to leadership
• Identifies risks and leads mitigation; notes gaps and resource constraints
• Supports portfolio forecasting and PAR processes across organization
• Participates in annual forecast solicitation and monthly updates
• Consolidates and reports spend variances to budgets/forecasts
• Coordinates with Portfolio & Financial Support for dashboards and monthly reports
• Develops and tracks project plans in the PMT
