Your Responsibilities

  1. Assist with server and associate's needs
  2. Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean, polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins as necessary
  3. Pre-bus and bus tables during service; assist servers with service steps where necessary
  4. Clean all spills and broken glassware/dishes immediately; use floor signs when necessary and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
  5. Clean and maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies
  6. Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs

About You

  1. You enjoy assisting with food and beverage service steps
  2. You have basic communication skills
  3. You are open to learning, developing, and growing both personally and in your career
  4. You are trustworthy and have integrity

Must Haves

  1. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  2. Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  3. Luxury hotel experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

  1. Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
  2. Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods during your shift
  3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods
  4. Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis

The pay scale for the Busser position is $18.89 per hour. This is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, gratuities, or bonuses that Pendry reasonably expects to pay for this role.
