Job Description for Busser at Pendry

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist servers and fulfill the needs of guests and team members.
  2. Set and reset tables with polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins.
  3. Pre-bus and bus tables during service; assist with service steps as needed.
  4. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills and broken items immediately; use floor signs when necessary.
  5. Clean and maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies.
  6. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create 'WOW' moments.
  7. Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Enjoy assisting with food and beverage service steps.
  2. Possess basic communication skills.
  3. Be open to learning, developing, and personal growth.
  4. Demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
