This role focuses on Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska, but covers the entire state.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customer-specific selling approaches that consider practitioners’ perspectives and institutional philosophies within compliance guidelines.
  2. Utilize approved clinical studies and marketing aids to support the value proposition. Adapt the message to meet the needs of practitioners, institutions, and the company.
  3. Create and implement a comprehensive business plan that includes local market opportunities and challenges, key strategies and tactics, resource maximization, and collaboration with key stakeholders to drive sales.
  4. Develop a territory coverage plan to maximize selling time with all account professionals. Adjust the schedule to reach key stakeholders, including coverage of all shifts.
  5. Maximize and customize the value proposition, influencing contract implementation processes within assigned institutions and holding stakeholders accountable to the institutional contract.
  6. Develop and apply knowledge of payer access and affordability in the territory regarding the company’s products.
  7. Create an integrated business plan with clear strategies and tactics to target key accounts using all available resources, aligning with district, regional, and company goals.
  8. Analyze business analytics to identify territory opportunities, strengths, and trends, and monitor the effectiveness of the business plan. Adjust the plan to minimize competition and maximize sales opportunities.
