Job summary

rabbittransit is seeking a part-time Shared Ride Operator in Selinsgrove, PA. The role involves safely transporting passengers and aiding mobility devices, with a schedule of Monday through Friday 12 noon to 6 PM, starting at 713 Bridge St.

This position emphasizes dependable service within the community and requires adherence to daily inspection and reporting procedures. We offer PTO and an option to defer to a 457 retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely and courteously to destinations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure readiness for trips.
• Assist passengers with wheelchairs or mobility devices as needed.
• Maintain accurate driving records and reports.
• Communicate with dispatch and report to Site Manager/Operations Supervisor as required.

Pay: $18.75 per hour with Weekly Pay

PTO, Option to Defer to 457 Plan (Retirement Savings Plan)

Throughout the day, our Shared Ride Operators safely and courteously transport passengers where they need to go. This is done by ensuring vehicles meet daily inspections, assisting passengers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices, keeping accurate driving records, communicating with dispatch, and reporting to the Site Manager/Operations Supervisor as needed.
