Guidepost Montessori Hampshire is hiring a Toddler Assistant Teacher to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children aged 0–6, helping them develop independence and confidence in a calm, engaging environment.

You will observe children, prepare learning spaces, support activities, and build warm relationships with families, collaborating with Lead Guides to foster a strong classroom community.

Qualifications

• Must meet state education and experience requirements.
• Experience with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting preferred.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset; genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Observe children to understand and support individual needs.
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
