Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher for our Montessori program. You will lead a classroom, mentor other teachers, and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in a child-centered setting at our Montessori school.

You will ensure compliance with state education and center requirements, manage activities indoors and outdoors, and foster strong partnerships with families to support each child's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and your center’s success.
