Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Experience in independent-school leadership.
• Montessori teaching, leadership, or training experience.
• Familiarity with Montessori philosophy and practice.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing adults.
• Strong management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational and programmatic leadership for Elementary, Middle School, and Integrated Arts divisions.
• Work with school leadership to support and develop faculty and strengthen curriculum and instruction.
• Partner with students and families and guide day-to-day operation of programs.
• Navigate complex situations thoughtfully and build trusting relationships with families.
• Lead with clarity and follow-through to advance the school's mission.
