Job summary

Qualifications

• Montessori Certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of early childhood teaching experience.
• Experience in a Montessori Primary classroom or with young children strongly preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Montessori principles in a prepared Primary classroom (ages 3–6).
• Develop and present individualized lessons using Montessori materials.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment encouraging independence and collaboration.
• Observe, assess, and document student progress to support growth.
• Provide guidance to help students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with classroom assistants, guides, and administration.
• Communicate effectively with parents to support each child’s journey.
