Georgia’s Pre-K Program is a state-funded educational program for all age-eligible 4-year-old children in Georgia. The purpose of Georgia’s Pre-K Program is to prepare children for success in Kindergarten and later school years. The Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing, and instructing 4-year-olds, based on each child's needs and the program's requirements.
