With trained, dedicated educators (some with decades of experience), we provide an authentic Montessori experience in an early education setting. With mixed-age classrooms and carefully curated Montessori materials, we embrace the authentic Montessori Method, guiding young learners toward the future to become innovative thinkers, good citizens, and capable leaders.

Georgia’s Pre-K Program is a state-funded educational program for all age-eligible 4-year-old children in Georgia. The purpose of Georgia’s Pre-K Program is to prepare children for success in Kindergarten and later school years. The Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing, and instructing 4-year-olds, based on each child's needs and the program's requirements.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:

  • Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
  • Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in your class.
  • Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines, company standards, and GA Pre-K program requirements.
  • Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children's achievement and support your center’s success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, an approved related degree, or higher credential
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
  • The ability to meet state and center requirements for education and childcare
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
