Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful Montessori classroom experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to support dual-language environment.
• Experience in the 'Science of Math' or structured STEM inquiry models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive, evidence-based math interventions to small groups.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
• Lead the math component of the MTSS process ensuring high-fidelity interventions.
