Qualifications

• Montessori credential from a MACTE-accredited program.
• Experience as a Montessori classroom educator.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy, pedagogy, materials, and lesson sequences.
• Ability to demonstrate and explain Montessori material presentations.
• Experience supporting, mentoring, coaching, or training other educators.
• Ability to explain Montessori materials’ purpose, progression, and connection to student development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to expanding access to high-quality Montessori education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Montessori professional development on philosophy, principles, and instructional practices.
• Coach teachers to translate Montessori philosophy into daily classroom practice.
• Provide hands-on training on Montessori materials, sequencing, and presentations.
• Model Montessori lessons and material presentations for teachers.
• Provide feedback and opportunities for practice with Montessori presentations.
