Sankofa Montessori in Forest Park, GA, seeks an experienced Montessori Instructional Coach to partner with teachers and leaders. The role focuses on teacher learning, Montessori materials, lesson planning, and professional development to deepen Montessori practice across the school.

The coach will train, model, and guide Montessori presentations, ensuring teachers progress through materials and sequences with student readiness in mind. This is a contracted, on-site role.

Qualificações

• Montessori credential from a MACTE-accredited program.
• Experience as a Montessori classroom educator.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy, pedagogy, materials, and lesson sequences.
• Ability to explain Montessori concepts to adults clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead professional development on Montessori philosophy, principles, and instructional practices.
• Provide hands-on training on Montessori materials, presentations, and sequencing.
• Model Montessori lessons and material presentations for teachers.
• Plan upcoming Montessori lessons and presentations with staff.
• Partner with teachers and leadership to strengthen Montessori implementation.
• Offer actionable feedback and support for teachers at various stages of Montessori learning.
