• Flexibility and professionalism are essential; embrace initiative and a strong work ethic while partnering with parents.
• High School diploma is required.
• Montessori certification (AMS/AMI) is required.
• Experience in education, especially early childhood, is required.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and engage in active, indoor/outdoor activities.
• Must be able to move and interact with children to provide stimulation and build relationships.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent reading, writing, and communication in English.
• Pass pre-employment screenings and trainings as required.
