California Montessori Project (CMP) is seeking an Instructional Assistant II to support classroom teachers and students, including those with special needs, across CMP’s TK-8 program. The IAII will collaborate with specialists, help implement IEPs, PBIS strategies, and facilitate a safe, inclusive learning environment in campuses across the Elk Grove area.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, and follows CMP’s 11-month hourly calendar with 192 instructional days plus holidays.
