Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a passionate Montessori Certified Guide to lead a classroom, delivering an authentic Montessori curriculum in our Mansfield, TX setting. You will guide mixed-age groups, observe and assess children, and communicate closely with families to support each child’s growth.

Ideal candidates hold Montessori credentials (MACTE preferred) and prior lead teacher experience in a licensed child care or Montessori environment.

Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child care center or Montessori setting; lead teacher experience preferred.
• Meets state education requirements; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Montessori classroom delivering the authentic Montessori curriculum.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Communicate effectively with families and follow licensing, school, and company standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood topics.
