Qualifications

• AMI or AMS Montessori certification for 3-6 age group required.
• Candidates nearing completion may apply; please state expected completion date in cover letter.
• Training sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred.
• Experience with Montessori method highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of toddler care and preschool education principles.
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the Montessori method.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
