Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain an inviting Montessori classroom environment.
• Plan and present developmentally appropriate Montessori lessons for ages 3–6.
• Observe students and support their academic, social, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Support independence, concentration, grace and courtesy in the classroom.
• Maintain materials, cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Communicate professionally with families and fellow educators.
• Collaborate with school leadership and other guides to ensure program consistency.
• Maintain student documentation and classroom records.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Perform other classroom and school-related duties as assigned.
