Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and AMI Elementary Diploma or AMS Elementary I & II credential are required.
• Minimum of six years Montessori elementary classroom experience.
• Experience at both lower (6-9) and upper (9-12) elementary levels preferred.
• Previous administration experience preferred.
• Strong communications, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, management, and supervisory skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, management, oversight and support for elementary faculty and staff.
• Assist with parent education programs.
• Oversee after-school offerings.
• Coordinate with outside specialists.
• Be an integral member of the school's leadership team.
